In no event shall OnlyYes, its creators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time via your dashboard settings. However, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused credits. Once you pay, it is final.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service to harass, bully, or stalk anyone. We reserve the right to terminate your account if we determine that you are abusing the platform.
